I haven't had a good night sleep for a while . I think it's mainly because there were just too many thoughts going through my mind. I went to see the doctor today and he told me not to do anything for one hour before I head to bed. I guess I'll just take a hot bath and do a 30 minutes meditation for tonight. Hopefully, I can sleep better.

The convenience and ease of it has made people disconnect from each other and not want to pursue enriching activities. Get out of using social media every once in a while. It will do you a lot of good. Be grateful for what you already have. It doesn't have to have to big things. It can be as simple as having a good meal, a place to live, and clean water to drink. :)
Motivation is overrated, because you will automatically try your best if the "why" is strong enough. If the "why" is weak, it's hard to be motivated. Figuring out why you are doing something is Important.
It's true that comparison is the fast track to unhappiness. Be grateful to be yourself. There's only " One " you. :)
